Please note that this tiara is suitable for above water work only and is not suitable for swimming or being immersed in water. Tiara is 5" in headband expansion size in its inner diameter. 3" tall at front peak. A small adult or older child (around age 8-12) is likely to be the best fit on it. Will not fit any talent that takes a large wig cap size.
